摘要
以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸(AA)、异丙醇和正丁醇为原料,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,合成了水性丙烯酸酯树脂;以2-甲酰基-苯甲酸为原料,依次进行傅克酰基化、去甲基反应后,得到二茂铁衍生物(邻二茂铁基-2-羰基-苯酚);以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂、铜粉为催化剂,向水性丙烯酸酯树脂和一定量的二茂铁衍生物中加入SOCl2(二氯亚砜)、Na_2CO_3(碳酸钠),氯气气氛中80℃反应6 h,制得二茂铁衍生物改性水性丙烯酸酯树脂。研究结果表明:与一般水性丙烯酸酯树脂形成的涂膜相比,改性水性丙烯酸酯树脂乳液固化成膜后,其硬度较大、柔韧性和耐冲击性优异、老化速率明显减缓且耐碱性提高。
With methyl methacrylate (MMA), acrylic acid (AA), isopropyl alcohol and n-butyl alcohol as raw materials, azodiisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator, a waterborne acrylate resin was synthesized. With 2- formylbenzoic acid as raw material, a ferrocene derivative (adjacent ferrocene-2-carbonyl-phenol) was obtained by Friedel-Crafts acylation then demethylation reaction. A ferrocene derivative modified waterborne acrylate resin was prepared when N, N-dimethyl formamide was used as solvent, copper powder was used as catalyst, the SOCl2(thionyl chloride) and Na2CO3 (sodium carbonate) were introduced into waterborne acrylate resin and a certain content of ferrocene derivative, and reaction temperature and time were 80 ℃ and 6 h respectively in chlorine gas atmosphere. The research results showed that with the coating of general waterborne acrylate resin compared, the modified waterborne acrylate resin emulsion curing film had the larger hardness, excellent flexibility and impact resistance, and its aging speed was obviously decreased, and alkali resistance was improved.
