摘要
对内蒙某铁矿厂铁矿石进行可选性试验研究,通过原矿性质分析确定其为氧化矿。磁选管探索实验确定弱磁选能够获得65%以上的铁精矿,但尾矿品位偏高。干选实验否定了干选抛尾和阶段磨选的可行性。连续磨矿选别的条件实验,在连续磨矿至-0.045mm 85%的条件下,确定弱磁粗选—精选—综合尾矿强磁选的工艺流程。
Separability tests are made on an iron ore in Inner Mongolia and ore property analysis confirms it to be oxidized ore. Magnetic tube exploration tests show that through low intensity magnetic separation, over 65% iron concentrates can be obtained but with high grade tailings. Dry separation tests rule out the possibility of dry magnetic separationtailings discarding and stage grinding separation. Under the condition of grinding the ore continuously to below 0. 045mm with this size comprising 85 %, through continuous grinding separation tests, process flow of low intensity roughing magnetic separation- cleaning magnetic separation-tailings high intensity magnetic separation is determined.
