摘要
目的:建立一个稳定、高效、安全、可管理的集成平台,快速实现物价系统与医院信息系统(hospital information system,HIS)的无缝衔接,满足医院信息化建设过程中不断变化的应用需求。方法:利用Ensemble的业务流程管理工具(BTM)、企业服务总线(enterprise service bus,ESB)及面向服务架构(service-oriented architecture,SOA)的基础结构,通过业务服务(business service)、业务流程(business process)、业务操作(business operation)实现了跨平台的数据交换与共享。结果:建立了以患者就诊流程为核心的内部信息共享交互平台,实现了数据交换与共享,快速实现了物价自查系统与HIS的接口衔接。结论:Ensemble为医院业务变革提供了灵活的部署,实现了医疗信息的交换与共享,优化了服务流程,提高了医院运营效率,满足了医院信息化可持续发展。
Objective To establish a stable, effective, safe, manageable and integrated platform to realize seamless interface between price system and HIS. Methods Inter-platform data exchange and sharing were implemented with BTM, ESB and SOA Ensemble as well as Business Service, Business Process and Business Operation. Results An internal platform centered on treatment flow was constructed for data exchange and sharing, so that the interface between price system and HIS could be realized rapidly. Conclusion Ensemble facilitates medical information exchange and sharing, optimizes the service flow and promotes hospital informatization.
