摘要
天津大学仁爱学院以独立学院定位为基础,结合过程装备与控制工程学科特点,创新人才培养模式,引入"安全"理念,丰富选修课模块,进一步优化复合式理论教学体系和实践教学体系,制定出新型人才培养方案。自新培养方案实施以来,独立学院复合式应用型人才培养初见成效。
Based on the orientation of independent college and subject characteristics of process equipment and control engineering discipline,a new education program is established by reforming talents training pattern and the further optimization of the theoretical system teaching and practical teaching system,which also introduces＇ safety＇idea and enriches elective courses.Training of compound and applied talents has won initial success since the new education program had been implemented.
