摘要
目的探讨条形码技术在医院静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)的应用情况。方法选择医院2015年7月至12月使用PIVAS MATE系统二维码扫描技术静脉药物配置20 000组作为研究对象,标记为观察组,选择2015年1月至6月使用PIVAS MATE系统一维条码扫描技术静脉药物配置20 000组作为对照组,比较两组药物的平均配置时间、差错组数、浪费组数及工作效率。结果观察组药物平均配置时间为(0.72±0.25)min,差错组数6组,差错率为0.03%,浪费组数2组,浪费率为0.01%;观察组的药物平均配置时间、差错组数和浪费组数均明显少于对照组的(1.21±0.35)min,0.08%和0.04%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组每人每天平均配置(152.68±21.04)组,对照组配置(187.92±17.22)组,观察组的配置效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二维码技术在PIVAS MATE系统中的应用,在静脉药物的配置发放使用过程中实现了实时的动态信息化管理,对于合理规范临床静脉药物使用、减少临床静脉药物的用药错误具有重要作用,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the application of two- dimensional bar code technology in the pharmacy intravenous admixture services. Methods 20,000 groups using the two- dimensional code scanning technology of the PIVAS MATE system from July to December 2015 were chosen as the observation group,and another 20,000 groups using the one- dimensional code scanning technology of the PIVAS MATE system from January to June 2015 were chosen as the control group. The average drug allocation time,number of error groups,number of waste groups and the work efficiency in the two groups were compared. Results The average allocation time in the observation group was( 0. 72 ± 0. 25) min,the number of error groups was 6( 0. 03%),the number of waste groups was 2( 0. 01%),which were significantly less than( 1. 21 ± 0. 35) min,0. 08% and 0. 04% in the control group with statistical difference( P〈0. 05);the average drug allocation number per person per day in the observation group was(152. 68 ± 21. 04),the control group was(187. 92 ± 17. 22),and the allocation efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than control group with statistical difference( P〈0. 05).Conclusion The application of two- dimensional bar code technology in PIVAS MATE system realizes the real- time dynamic information management in the PIVAS. It plays an important role in the standardization of clinical intravenous drug use and the reduction of intravenous medication errors in clinical pharmacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
