摘要
目的调查我院医师对处方点评结果的接受度。方法将405份医师回复进行分类整理,把医师的反馈意见归纳为接受、不接受两大类,统计医师对处方点评结果的接受度,分析存在问题并提出建议。结果医师对处方点评结果的总接受度为56.05%,其中对适应证或遴选的药品不适宜、给药剂量不适宜、用药频次不适宜、重复用药、联合用药不适宜、溶媒选择与溶媒浓度不适宜的接受度分别为59.14%、21.74%、28.75%、48.21%、100%、100%。结论医师对处方点评结果的接受度仅为56.05%,这与药师的知识水平和工作技能、处方点评依据的理解、把握、执行有关,可通过掌握充分的处方点评技术依据,提升点评药师的知识水平和工作技能,逐步完善处方点评的评价标准和细则,提高处方点评的工作质量和医师的接受度。
Objective To investigate the acceptability of physicians to the results of prescription review.Methods Totally 405 copies of responses of physicians were sorted,and the feedback of physicians were divided into two groups：accept and non-accept;finally,the acceptability of physicians to the results of prescription review was gathered statistically.The existing problems were analyzed and some suggestions were made.Results The total acceptability of physicians to the results of prescription review was 56.05%.The acceptability of physicians to improper indications or improper choice of medicine,improper dosage,inappropriate medicine frequency,repeated administration,inappropriate medicine combination and improper use of solvent were 59.14%,21.74%,28.75%,48.21%,100%and100%respectively.Conclusion The total acceptability of physicians to the results of prescription review was56.05%,which is related to the knowledge level and work skills of pharmacists and the understanding,grasping and performing of the prescription review.More technical basis for prescription review should be grasped by clinical pharmacists in order to raise the knowledge level and work skills gradually complete the criteria and detailed rules for implementation of prescription review and improve the quality of prescription review and acceptability of physicians.
