摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动在结肠镜检查患者肠道准备中的应用效果。方法将2015年5月—6月实行品管圈前行结肠镜检查患者43例设为对照组,通过开展品管圈活动,确定"降低结肠镜检查患者肠道准备不成功率"为活动主题,选取2015年10月—12月品管圈活动后行结肠镜检查的43例患者为观察组。对比2组肠道准备情况。结果对照组肠道准备不成功15例(34.9%),观察组为3例(7.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展品管圈活动能够有效的降低结肠镜检查患者肠道准备不成功率,提升护理质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle in bowel preparation for patients with colonoscopy. Methods The clinical data of 43 patients undergoing colonoscopy be- tween May 2015 and June 2015 were retrospectively collected and set as the control group. The quality control circle program focusing on reducing the unsuccessful bowel preparation was carried out since July 2015. Another 43 patients undergoing colonoscopy between October 2015 and December 2015 were recruited as the observation group. The bowel preparation of two groups was compared. Results There were 15 cases of unsuccessful bowel preparation in the control group and 3 cases of bowel prepa- ration in the observation group, with a significant difference (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Application of quality control circle activities can effectively reduce the risk of the successful intestinal preparation of patients with colonoscopy, and to improve the quality of nursing care.
