摘要
文章提出了基于"广东石油化工学院-中兴通讯ICT产教深度融合"背景下教师专业发展所面临的主要问题,对产教研融合背景下教师专业发展的特征与结构进行分析,提出了教师专业发展途径和制度建设的内容。通过对制度建立内容和意义进行分析,得出完善的培养制度能够确保产教融合过程中师资培养的科学性、延续性和师资质量。
We probed into the major issues in the teacher's professional developmentunder the integration ofindustry and education of Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology- ZTE ICT. By analyzing the teacher's professional developmental features and the system construction, we proposed ways to teacher's professional development and the content of system construction. The development system proposed in this paper ensures the seientifity, continuity and teacher's quality in the integration ofindustry and education after we analyzed its content and significance.
