摘要
电力应急通信网是保障电网安全稳定运行不可或缺的重要通信手段。特别是近年来随着移动通信的快速发展和成熟,TD-LTE逐渐成为电力应急通信中一种重要的通信方式,在应急通信中覆盖范围往往是保障抢险救灾效果的关键。
Power emergency communication network is an indispensable means to ensure the security and stability of power grid. Especially in recent years, along with the rapid development and mature of mobile communication, TD-LTE gradually become an important means of power emergency communication, and in emergency communication, the coverage is usually the key factor to the effect of disaster relief.
