摘要
在当今的建筑工程领域中出现了两种新的理念:一种是在管理模式上的进步,即精益建造;另外一种则是在工具技术上的进步,即建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM).这两种理念的出现,很大程度上改变了现有建筑设计的形式.本文在精益建造与BIM平台结合的可行性与必要性方面进行了探讨与研究.
