摘要间质性肺病（Interstitial lung disease,ILD）是一组以不同程度肺泡炎及肺纤维化为基本病理改变的异质性非肿瘤和肺部感染性疾病的总称,按有无病因可分为特发性间质性肺病和继发性间质性肺病。继发性间质性肺病可继发于多种疾病、某些药物及石棉、粉尘、射线等。其中结缔组织病是继发性间质性肺病的重要病因之一。结缔组织病（Connective tissue disease,CTD）是以一类以血管和结缔组织的慢性炎症为病理基础而引起全身各器官损害的自身免疫性疾病。由于肺含有丰富的胶原、
