摘要
2015年1月下旬,我公司邻苯二胺装置的催化剂加料釜发生泄露,及时发现后立即停车,经现场检查判断,确定故障原因系材料本身缺陷与焊接热影响区导致。随即组织人员按规定对该设备进行修补,现在该设备已正常工作,整个装置也已恢复运转。
Late in January,2015,the Catalyst feed vessel of O-phenylenediamine system in our corporation leaked,the system had been suspended immediately as the situation had been found,after examination we accounted that the material of this vessel had defective,as well as the effect of HAZ lead to this breakdown. Next,the vessel had been repaired according to standards,and this vessel can be operated normally now,the whole system is resumed.
