摘要 目的评价护理质量管理在体检中心的应用效果。方法 2014年1-4月医院体检中心接待体检者9 142人次,2015年-4月接待对象9 570例;2014年6月前,依据科室的建设目标,引入相应的质量管理体系,2014年6月后,建立新的护理质量管理制定,成立科室护理质量管理小组,构建护理质量评价体系,确立质量管理基本原则,针对突出的护理质量问题,制定针对性的改进对策。结果 2015年1-4月,护理不良事件发生率、投诉率、并发症发生率、治安事件发生率、复检率、重复采样率低于2014年1-4月,满意率高于2014年1-4月,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论护理质量管理活动提高了护理质量。 Objective To evaluate the application effect of nursing quality management in medical examination center. Methods From January to April in 2014,the hospital medical center received physical examination of the 9 142 people,from January to April in 2015,the 9 570 cases of reception object,before June 2014,according to the department of construction,the introduction of relevant quality management system,in June 2014 after the establishment of nursing quality management in the new formulation the establishment of the department of nursing,quality management team,constructing the evaluation system of nursing quality,establish the basic principles of quality management,the quality of care problems,formulate countermeasure. Results From January to April in 2015,the incidence of adverse events,nursing complaint rate,complication rate,incidence of security incidents,retest rate,repeated sampling rate is lower than From January to April in 2014,satisfaction rate is higher than from January to April in 2014,the difference was statistically significant(P〈 0.05). Conclusion Nursing quality management can significantly improve the quality of nursing.
