摘要
农村教师是基础教育信息化推进中的核心力量,其信息素养是教育信息化发展、深化融合与创新应用的关键。作为教育信息生态系统的微观部分,装备使用状态体现了教师信息素养养成过程中,教师、技术、教学实践三者之间的互动关系。为此,通过对江西省1143名农村教师的信息素养、装备使用状态进行问卷调查与量化分析发现:农村教师信息素养、装备使用状态总体处于中等水平,二者之间存在显著正相关;学校类型、年龄、教龄、学历、职称与农村教师信息素养、装备使用状态存在一定的相关性。在此基础上,提出一些提升农村教师信息素养、改善装备使用状态的策略与建议。
The rural teachers are the core force of elementary educational informationization, and their information literacy is the key to the development of educational informationization,the deepening of the integration and the application of innovation. As the micro part of education information ecosystem, the state of equipment usage reflects the interaction between teachers, technology and teaching practice in the process of teachers’ information literacy cultivation. In this paper,the questionnaire investigation and quantitative analysis of the information literacy and equipment usage status of 1143 rural teachers in Jiangxi province are conducted. The research results show that the rural teachers ’ information literacy and the use of equipment are in the medium level, the correla-tion between which is significant; certain correlation exists between different school types, different ages, different seniority, different educational background, different professional titles and rural teachers ’ information literacy, equipment usage state. Besides, the pa-per puts forward the strategies and suggestions to improve the information literacy of rural teachers and the status of equipment usage.
