摘要
目的探讨分析层级护理管理模式在外科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2014年6月—2016年6月该院工作的护理人员90名,按照随机分组原则将研究对对象分成实验组和对照组,每组45人,其中对照组使用日常常用的护理管理模式,而实验组在做好常规护理的基础上积极应用层级护理管理形式,实验结束后通过外科护理部门制定的调查问卷对两组护理结果进行考核和满意度调查,比较实验组和对照组护理后的护理质量和患者对护理人员的满意度命以及护理安全质量指标。结果实验组护理质量总评分结果以及患者对护理服务的总满意度明显高于对照组,实验组患者实施层级护理管理之后,患者发生意外明显降低。结论层级护理管理模式在外科护理管理中的应用能够显著提高护理质量,提高患者对护理工作的满意程度,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To study and analyze the application effect of hierarchical nursing management model in the nursingmanagement in the department of surgery. Methods 90 cases of nursing staff working in our hospital from June 2014 toJune 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each, the control group adopted the dailycommon nursing management model, while the experimental group actively adopted the hierarchical management form onthe basis of the control group, at the end of the experiment, the nursing results and satisfactory degree of the two groupswere examined and surveyed by the questionnaire made by the nursing department in the department of surgery, and thenursing quality, satisfactory degree of patients to nursing staff and nursing safety quality indexes were compared between thetwo groups. Results The total score results of nursing quality and total satisfactory degree of patients to nursing service inthe experimental group were obviously higher than those in the control group, and the incidence rate of accidents obviouslydecreased in the experimental group after the implementation of hierarchical nursing management. Conclusion The applicationof hierarchical nursing management model in the nursing management in the department of surgery can obviously improvethe nursing quality and improve the satisfactory degree of patients to nursing work, which is worth clinical promotionand application.
