摘要
在三尖摆线泵的设计中,由于摆线属于异形曲线,计算不便。因此文章提出了用圆弧来代替摆线进行设计计算的方法,且通过几何计算和Auto CAD软件对其准确性进行了证明。在证明过程中根据圆弧推导出了型腔最大面积的计算公式。
In the design of Tritubercular Cycloid Pump, because cycloid was abnormal curve, the calculation became inconvenient. So thispaper presented the calculation method of insteading cycloid with circular, its veracity was proved with geometry calculation and thesoftware of Auto CAD. In the course of proving, according to circular arc the formula of c a v it y ' maximal area was deduced.
