海工升降单元齿轮箱多物理量综合监测系统开发

摘要 大载荷齿轮、齿条传动系统是自升式海洋平台装备举升系统的关键功能模块,其摩擦、磨损特性及润滑状态对平台安全可靠运行有重要影响。以润滑油在线监技术为核心,对海工升降单元齿轮箱测试平台、测试手段、测试方法进行技术改造,开发了一种齿轮箱多物理量综合测试系统,实现齿轮箱原型机运行多个参数的直接测量,可为现有海工升降单元的结构优化、状态监测、安全评估提供技术指导。 The heavy load of gear, rack-pinion transmitting lifting unit is the key equipment to the offshore self-elevatingplatform, and the gear box friction and wear properties of friction pair and the lubrication state have significant effect on thesafe and reliable operation of offshore self-elevating platform. In this paper, combining with the existing online monitoring theory and technology of the marine gear lubricating oil, technical renovations to the existing test platform and test methods of marine lifting gear box unit are made, and a multi-physical quantities comprehensive testing system about marine lifting gear boxis developed to realize direct measurement of multiple paremeters running of gear box prototype, thus it could provide technicalguidance for the structural optimization, condition monitoring and safety evaluation of the existing offshore lifting units.
