摘要
目的探讨和分析健康教育干预对慢性胃炎患者护理效果的影响。方法选取2014年6月—2016年6月期间在该院接受临床治疗的90例慢性胃炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组分别有45例患者,对两组患者均实施常规治疗,并对对照组患者进行常规护理,对研究组患者进行健康教育干预,分析两组患者的效果。结果研究组患者的疾病相关知识知晓率(97.78%)与对照组患者(71.11%)相比较,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组患者的护理满意度(93.33%)与对照组患者(68.89%)相比较,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育干预对于慢性胃炎患者的护理效果较佳。
Objective To discuss and analyze the effect of health education intervention on the nursing effect of patients with chronic gastritis. Methods 90 cases of patients with chronic gastritis receiving the clinical treatment in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each, both groups adopted the routine treatment, and the control group adopted the routine nursing, while the research group adopted the health education intervention, and the effect of the two groups was analyzed. Results The difference in the awareness rate of disease related knowledge between the research group and the control group was obvious,（97.78% vs71.11%）, P〈0.05, and the difference in the nursing satisfactory degree between the research group and the control group was obvious by comparison（93.33% vs 68.89%）. Conclusion The nursing effect of health education intervention for patients with chronic gastritis is better.
