摘要
对大学基础分析化学实验进行了常量与半微量对比综合实验的实践,以"有机酸试剂纯度测定"、"葡萄糖含量测定"和"自来水总硬度测定"三个实验为例,通过缩减试剂用量、缩小仪器容量、提高仪器精密度,实现半微量分析操作,同时与常量分析方法进行对照比较。实验结果表明:半微量分析是常量分析所需试剂用量的2/5,从而大大缩减实验经费,降低了环境污染;相对于常量分析,半微量分析结果具有更高的准确度与精密度;半微量实验更有助于培养学生良好的实验操作习惯、科学严谨的实验态度、认真细致的数据处理能力以及创新意识和绿色环保意识。
In basic analysis chemistry experiment for higher education,constant and semi-micro contrastive comprehensive experiments were studied. Three experiments were practiced by reducing reagent consumption,reducing the equipment capacity and improving the precision of the instruments. The results showed that the semi- micro analysis is the constant analysis required reagent dosage of 2 /5,much less than the constant analysis required reagent consumption. Thereby it greatly reduced the cost of experiment and reduced the environmental pollution. Relative to the constant analysis; semi-micro analysis results showed higher accuracy and precision. It is more helpful to cultivate students' good experimental operation habits,rigorous scientific attitude,careful experiment detailed data processing ability due to the use of small capacity instruments,less reagent consumption,higher requirements for the standard operation in semi-micro experiments. Through the practice of the comprehensive experiment,it has greatly improved the student's awareness of saving and green environmental protection and innovative consciousness.
