摘要
在稠油油藏蒸汽吞吐过程中加入有效的助排剂,能够扩大蒸汽的波及体积和对蒸汽的窜流进行调剖,解决吞吐开发过程中的地层能量下降和汽窜问题,改善吞吐的开发效果。以J油田D11区块为研究目标,开展了蒸汽吞吐助排开发方式的优化研究。首先,对实验选用发泡剂进行静态性能评价,证明其性能及适应性良好的基础上,开展了蒸汽混注不同流体的物理模拟实验,对拟定的助排方式进行了初步筛选。其次,通过数值模拟方法的优选和经济效益的评价分析,结果表明蒸汽+发泡剂的吞吐方案的增油量最多,经济效益最好,优选其为该区块的最优蒸汽吞吐助排方式。最后,对选定助排方式的注入参数进行了优化设计,分别得到最大增油量和最大经济效益下的蒸汽吞吐助排方案。
Mixing effective cleanup additive agent with steam can improve the production performance of steam stimulation in heavy oil reservoirs,because it can expand the swept volume of steam and play a role of profile control,and then solve the problems of formation energy dropping and steam channeling.The optimization study on cleanup scheme of steam stimulation was studied taking the D11 block in J oilfield to be the research object.Firstly,the results of static performance evaluation indicated that the selected foaming agent served good performance and adaptability to this block,and then the proposed cleanup patterns were preliminarily screened through physical simulation experiments in which various additives were injected with steam simultaneously.Secondly,next screening tests were carried out with the numerical simulation method and the economic benefits analysis,and the results showed that the foaming agent assisted steam stimulation has the most increased oil and the best economic benefit,which was the best preferable cleanup pattern of steam stimulation for this block.Finally,the optimum schemes of selected cleanup pattern with the most increased oil and the best economic benefit were obtained respectively by optimal designing of injection parameters.This study provided a way to improve the development effect of steam stimulation in this block,and was helpful for the development of similar reservoirs.
