摘要
简述了BIM的概念,根据BIM技术的应用理念和目标,从安全管理、质量控制、进度控制、成本控制、数据模型五方面,分析了BIM技术在御景湾项目中的使用效果,指出BIM技术具有可视化、协调性、模拟性等优点,为工程项目管理提供了便利条件。
This paper briefly introduced the concept of BIM,according to the application idea and goal of BIM technology,from the safety management,quality control,schedule control,cost control,data model five aspects,analyzed the using effect of BIM technology in Bayview project,pointed out that BIM technology had visualization,coordination,simulation and other advantages,provided convenient conditions for project management.
