阐述了"智慧消防"建设面临的有利条件,分析了建设过程需要解决的突出问题,探讨了实践需要处理的辩证关系,指出"智慧消防"建设将有力提升社会消防安全水平。
The paper illustrates its favorable conditions in the construction,analyzes some outstanding problems which are needed to be solved in the construction process,and explores the dialectical relationship in the practice,points out the wisdom firefighting can promote the social firefighting safety.
