摘要
文中探讨了寄递验视、快递实名制推行的必要性和推行障碍,在分析问题的基础上给出了相关建议,以期为政府和快递行业推行该项制度提供可行的建议。
This paper discusses about the necessity and obstacles of carrying out the deliver examination and express real-name.On the basis of analyzing the problems on the related Suggestions are given,so as to government and industry to implement the system to provide feasible suggestion.
