摘要
近年来新疆餐厨垃圾处理问题越来越严重,"地沟油"事件及"泔水猪"问题屡禁不止。这些问题的出现引起了众多学者的关注和研究,本文将对餐厨垃圾生物质能供应链管理的相关研究文献进行初步的综述性分析及评述,并对未来在这方面深入研究的方向进行探讨与展望。
In recent years,the disposal problem of waste is more and more serious, such as problems of ＂gutter oil＂ and ＂the prohibition swill pig＂ .The emergence of these problems has caused the attention of many scholars and research. The paper will carry on the preliminary review on Literature Review of Supply Chain Management about Kitchen Waste Biomass and sum- marized it,and will do more on future research in this field.
