湿疹患者血清总IgE、食物特异性IgG检测与中医辨证分型的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:检测不同中医证型湿疹患者血清总IgE、食物特异性IgG水平,探讨其与中医分型的关系。方法:选取深圳市罗湖区中医院收治的湿疹患者,按湿疹的中医辨证分为湿热浸淫组、脾虚湿蕴组、血虚风燥组,每组30例,采用酶联免疫法分组检测患者血清总IgE、食物特异性抗体IgG,分别进行比较。结果:湿热浸淫组、脾虚湿蕴组血清总IgE阳性率明显高于血虚风燥组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);血虚风燥组、脾虚湿蕴组食物特异性抗体IgG阳性率明显高于湿热浸淫组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);脾虚湿蕴组血清总IgE与食物特异性抗体IgG总阳性率明显高于其他两组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:湿疹中医分型辨证与血清总IgE、食物特异性IgG具有相关性。 Objective By detecting the levels of serum total Ig E and food-specific Ig G in defferent syndrome type eczema patients, and to explore its relationship with the TCM typing. Methods According to TCM eczema were divided into hot and humid steeped group, Spleen wet Yun group, blood deficiency and wind dryness groups, each group of 30 patients, were detected the levels of serum total Ig E and food-specific Ig G antibody by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and compare. Results hot and humid steeped group and Spleen wet Yun group patients,the levels of serum total Ig E positive rate was significantly higher than blood deficiency and wind dryness group patients(P 〈 0.01); blood deficiency and wind dry group and Spleen wet Yun group patients,the levels of serum food-specific Ig G positive rate was significantly higher than hot and humid steeped group(P 〈 0.01); spleen wet Yun group patients,the positive rate of the levels of serum total Ig E and food-specific Ig G antibodies was higher than the other two groups patients, there are differences(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Eczema TCM syndrome type and the levels of serum total Ig E and food-specific Ig G correlated.
