以苯作溶剂,H_2PtCl_6作催化剂,含氢硅油(PHMS)、2-全氟己基乙基丙烯酸酯(TEAC-6)和烯丙基聚乙二醇环氧基醚(APEE)经硅氢加成反应,制得一种水溶性氟硅表面活性剂(WFSS)。用红外光谱(FTIR)对WFSS的结构进行了表征,并对WFSS的界面性能[如临界表面张力(γ_(cmc))、临界胶束浓度(cmc)]、乳化性、发泡性、配伍性、稳定性等进行了研究,考察了APEE和TEAC-6配比变化对反应体系硅氢转化率以及产物WFSS水溶性的影响。结果表明,WFSS的cmc为1.8×10^(-3)g/mL,γ_(cmc)为21.4 m N/m。质量分数为0.1%的WFSS水溶液的发泡力为1.10,5 min时的稳泡性为0.909。WFSS溶液耐酸、耐碱和耐盐的化学稳定性优良,与常用纺织助剂的配伍性良好,对极性较强的溶剂有较高的乳化能力。固定其他条件不变,APEE与TEAC-6物质的量之比的变化对Si—H转化率的影响不大,但PHMS上若接枝TEAC-6的量增大,产物WFSS的水溶性会变差。
A kind of water-soluble fluorosilicone surfactants (WFSS) is prepared by hydrolyzation of hydro- gen-containing silicone oiI(PHMS) with 2-perfluoro hexyl ethyl acrylate (TEAC-6) and allyl polyethylene glycol epoxy ether (APEE) in the presence of catalyst chloroplatinic acid. The chemical structure of WFSS is confirmed by infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The properties of WFSS, such as interfacial property [critical micelle concentration (cmc) and critical surface tension (γcmc)], emulsifying ability, foaming property, compatibility as well as stability are investigated. And the influence of the ratio of APEE to TEAC-6 on Si-H conversion rate and water solubility of WFSS is studied. Experimental results show that γcmc and cmc of WFSS solution is 21.4 mN/m and 1.8×10-3 g/mL respectively. The foaming power of 0.1% WFSS (mass fraction) solution is 1,10 and foam stability after 5 min is 0.909. The WFSS solution has excellent chemical stability in acidic, alkaline and salt solutions. The WFSS solution has good compatibility with common textile auxiliaries. And emulsifying ability of WFSS solution is stronger if the solvent has higher polarity. Fixed other conditions, the effect of the ratio of APEE to TEAC-6 on the Si-H conversion is very low, but the WFSS solubility will become poor if more TEAC-6 is grafted onto PHMS.
