摘要
斜拉桥索梁锚固区是结构受力关键部位,构造与受力复杂.为掌握流线型箱梁斜拉桥索梁锚固段的应力特点,采用通用有限元软件ANSYS建立索梁锚固段实体计算模型,并通过光弹试验验证模型正确性.在此基础上,分析索梁锚固区的应力分布以及结构传力特点.研究结果表明,加载端设在计算长度外的2倍桥宽处,可消除边界效应影响;在不利荷载作用下,结构以受压为主,应力分布均匀,且应力数值小;横梁横向受弯,合理的预应力设计使得横梁全截面受压;细化构造设计可缓解过人孔洞转弯处及斜拉索锚固点应力集中.
The cable-girder anchorage zone of cable-stayed bridge is vital to the safety of the entire structure and its construction and mechanical characteristics are complicated.In order to make a understanding of the stress distribution of cable-girder anchorage zone,the finite solid element model is established using the Ansys software and the correctness of this model was verified by the photo-elasticity test.Based on this local model,the stress distribution and force transmission are investigated.The research results show the edge effect can be eliminated when the load position is twice bridge's width from the research section;the cable-girder anchorage zone bear mainly the compressive stress and its design is reasonable because of the uniform stress distribution and small stress under the unfavorable combined load;the stress state of transverse girder is changed from tension to pressure in the total section under the optimized prestressing force;the degree of stress concentration in the cable anchorage and the corner of human hole can be relieved significantly by improving the structural details.
