摘要
颈性眩晕是指由于颈椎原因引起椎-基底动脉供血不足的一类中枢性眩晕。目前西医尚无确切的治疗手段,中医药在治疗该病上取得了较好的疗效。故从颈性眩晕的病因病机、益气活血化痰法的临床应用和作用机制等方面进行论述,探讨益气活血化痰法治疗颈性眩晕的最新研究进展。
Cervical vertigo refers to a central vertigo caused by vertebrobasilar arterial insufficiency which due to the cervical spondylosis. There is less effect on western medical treatment of central vertigo at present,however traditional Chinese medicine has achieved exact curative effect. This article mainly discussed from aspect of etiology and pathogenesis of cervical vertigo,clinical application and mechanism of the treatment method of spplementing qi,activating blood and resolving phlegm. The research progress aims to explore the recent development of supplementing qi,activating blood and resolving phlegm on cervical vertigo.
