树状结构四分叉铸钢节点受力性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 结合某实际结构工程,对四分叉铸钢节点进行有限元分析。首先建立考虑管径、壁厚、倒角半径、分叉角度等因素影响的计算模型,然后应用ABAQUS计算节点在轴力、弯矩、剪力复合作用下的复杂应力、变形分布以及应力集中现象,分析节点应力分布特征及最大应力出现的位置,计算节点的承载能力以及安全储备,并对不同工况下节点受力性能进行对比分析,确定影响节点失效的主要因素。研究结果表明:工程中使用的节点在应力、变形、承载力等方面基本一致,极限荷载约为设计荷载的32倍,具有较大的安全储备;弯矩对节点最大应力值的影响显著,并且影响节点最大应力出现的位置。在实际应用中,尽量使节点受力以轴力为主,以提高结构可靠性。 Based on the practical project of a hotel,the cast-steel joint with four branches in the tree-like structure was studied by using FEM. At first,the calculating models of the cast-steel joints with four branches considering some factors,such as tubular diameter,thickness of wall,chamfer radius and bifurcation angle were designed and constructed. Then the stress,deformation distribution and the stress concentration phenomenon of joint under the combined action of the axial force,bending moment and shear force were calculated by using ABAQUS software. The characteristics of stress distribution and the location of the maximum stress were analyzed and the capacity and safety reserves were calculated.According to different force situations,the structural behavior was analyzed and the main factor was determined. The results showed that two kinds of joints used in the project had the same distribution of the stress,deformation,bearing capacity;the limited load was about 32 times of the design load with greater security reserve. The bending moment had remarkable influence on the maximum stress and the location of the maximum stress. Actually,to improve the structural reliability,the joints had better be applied with axial force.
