摘要
目的探讨舒心汤治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛痰阻心脉证的疗效及可能作用机制。方法将70例患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加服舒心汤。两组疗程均为4周。观察两组中医症状评分,并检测血清脂联素(ADPN)、瘦素(LP)含量。结果治疗后两组中医症状评分、血清LP含量均下降,血清ADPN均升高(P<0.05);组间比较,观察组的改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒心汤能缓解冠心病不稳定型心绞痛痰阻心脉证患者的临床症状,并能升高血清ADPN,降低血清LP水平。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Shuxin decoction in the treatment of unstable andina pectoris with syndrome of phlegm blocking heart vessel and its possible mechanism. Methods Seventy cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to a random digits table, with thirty-five cases in each group. The control group was given Western routine therapy. Based on the control group, the observation group was given Shuxin decoction. The course of treatment was four weeks. TCM symptom score was observed, and the level of serum adiponection and leptin was detected. Results After the thepary, the TCM symptom score and serum LP level were significantly lower than those of pre-treatment in the same one group（ P0.05）, the serum ADPN level were significantly higher than those of pre-treatment in the same one group（ P 〈0.05）, which were remakably improved better than those of the control group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Shuxin decoction can improve the clinical symptoms for unstable andina pectoris with syndrome of phlegm blocking heart vessel, its effects might be involved in increasing the serum ADPN level and decreasing LP level.
