全局调控因子CodY在益生菌中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 CodY是一个具有一定的保守性的全局转录调控因子,普遍存在于低G-C含量的革兰氏阳性菌中。对枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸乳球菌等益生菌的研究表明,CodY对菌株的碳代谢、氮代谢、胁迫响应、营养物质的吸收以及自然感受态等具有重要的调控作用。文中对益生菌中调控因子CodY的结构、调控机制和结合位点进行综述,并以枯草芽孢杆菌和乳酸乳球菌等为例介绍CodY的调控作用,为进一步改造菌株,探索CodY潜在的调控功能,以及为其在食品发酵中的应用提供参考。 CodY is a highly conserved global regulator of transcription in most Gram-positive bacteria. Studies on Bacillus subtilis and Lactococcus lactis and other probiotics show that CodY-regulated genes are involved in carbon or nitrogen metabolism,environmental stress responses,absorption of nutrients,genetic competence and other relevant processes. The structure,regulatory mechanisms and binding sites of CodY are summarized in this article,which may provides effective reference for further exploration of the potential regulatory functions of CodY and manufacture and modification of probiotics.
