摘要
目的:借鉴基因芯片技术,探讨薏苡仁拆分组分健脾渗湿作用时对能量代谢的影响。方法:根据本项目组建立的方法对薏苡仁组分拆分和动物模型建立,以中焦空肠的基因变化为研究指标,探讨各组分对空肠oxidoreductase activity的影响。结果:模型动物存在明显的能量代谢障碍,薏苡仁各组分均可以改善这种障碍,但其作用靶点可能并不一致。结论:建议在使用薏苡仁治疗脾虚疾病时,以麸炒方式炮制,以提高疗效。
Objective:To evaluate the energy metabolism of spleen deficiency and dampness retention rats treated by components of coix seed. Methods:Establish the rat model and split the coix seed. Test the gene change in jejunum of middle Jiao and evaluate the effects of jejunum oxidoreductase activity. Results:Model animals have obvious disturbance of energy metabolism. Each coix seed components can improve the disorder hut the target may be not consistent. Conchs. sion:It is recommended to use bran fried coix seed to treat spleen deficiency disease.
