人参皂苷通过Nrf2/ARE信号通路发挥抗氧化应激作用的研究进展 被引量:10

Research Progress of Ginsenosides Playing Anti-Oxidative Stress Action Through Nrf2/ARE Signaling Pathway

摘要 人参皂苷作为一种从人参属药材中提炼的物质,被视为是人参中的活性成分,因而成为热门的研究目标。而Nrf2/ARE信号通路是迄今为止发现的最为重要的内源性抗氧化应激通路,其调控的下游抗氧化基因在抗氧化应激中发挥了重要的作用。就人参皂苷通过调控Nrf2/ARE信号通路下游多种保护性基因的表达发挥其抗氧化应激的作用进行综述,为今后人参皂苷用于氧化应激的治疗提供科学依据。 Ginsenoside, as the main component of panax extract, is regarded as active ingredients of ginseng and thus becomes a hot research target. Nrf2/ARE signaling pathway is the most important endogenous anti - oxidative stress path- way that has ever be found. And its downstream protective genes play an important role in anti - oxidative stress. In this article,we made a review about its anti -oxidative stress action through regulating the expression of various Nrf2/ARE signaling pathway downstream protective genes, and thus providing a more scientific basis to the future oxidative stress treatment.
