摘要
"从肝论治"是近年来中医治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的主流辩证思维,有大量的文献从理论、临床及机制上进行了大篇幅的阐述及报道,然而该病的中医临床诊治尚未形成较规范的学界指南以作为临床治疗的指导原则。就古今文献对便秘病的认识作回顾性的总结,以"从肝论治"的角度联系近10年来的文献报道对便秘型肠易激综合征的中医药临床研究进展进行归纳总结及分析,希望从已有的成果中可以得到启发,以今后更好地开展"从肝论治"便秘型肠易激综合征的中医药临床研究。
This title makes the summary about TCM treatment to constipation by literature research. And then further summarize the liver - treatment to constipation type of irritable bowel syndrome, focusing on etiology, pathogenesis, clinical research and drug mechanism. To the theory of liver - treatment, constipation is caused by dysfunction of liver qi and stress. The treatment could be classified into 5 methods, namely relieving liver qi stagnation, removing heat from liver, sof- tening liver and nourishing liver, healing the mental. Existing literature showed that herbal medicine, patent drugs, mas- sage, moxibustion and psychological guidance under the theories of liver- treatment were effective to patients with consti- pation type of irritable bowel syndrome. The author considered that liver - treatment should be summarized as a diagnosis and treatment system of IBS - C.
