摘要 睁眼失用（apraxia of eyelid opening,AEO）由Glodstein等在1965年首先提出此概念,主要用于描述中枢神经系统疾病所致的非麻痹性眼睑运动障碍,主要表现为一侧或双侧眼睑的非痉挛性睁眼困难,以启动睁眼困难为主要特点。进行性核上性眼肌麻痹（progressive supranuclear palsy,PSP）是一种少见的中枢神经系统变性疾病,
