摘要
为缓解当前就业结构性矛盾,提高职业教育质量,不少高职院校探索试点现代学徒制。文章以西京学院机电一体化专业为例,具体阐述了现代学徒制的实施路径,为推进现代学徒制提供了具有可以操作的现实案例。
In order to alleviate current structural contradictions in employment and improve the quality of vocational education, a number of vocational colleges start to explore pilot modern apprenticeship. Taking the mechatronics in Xijing University as an example, this paper expounds specific implementation ways of modern apprenticeship system, providing a practical case to promote the modern apprenticeship.
