摘要 2015年,广西壮族自治区坚持稳中求进的工作总基调,统筹兼顾稳增长、促改革、调结构、惠民生、防风险,经济保持了8%以上的增速,符合年度预期目标;投资拉动作用明显,进出口逆势上扬,消费平稳增长,产业结构调整步伐加快,区域经济协调发展。金融业深入贯彻稳健的货币政策,加快推进金融改革,积极支持实体经济发展。金融总量持续增长,直接融资占比有所提升,沿边金融综合改革试点建设成效显著,普惠金融工作深入推进,金融生态环境建设取得新成效。2016年,广西将按照中央"五位一体"总体布局和"四个全面"的战略布局,积极适应把握引领经济发展新常态,坚持创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展理念,更加注重供给侧结构性改革,促进经济平稳增长。金融业将继续贯彻落实稳健的货币政策,进一步深化金融改革创新,维护区域金融稳定,做好金融服务和管理,扩大金融开放合作,为经济转型升级创造适宜的融资环境。 Guangxi continued the commitment to the general principle of making progress while working to keepperformance stable in 2015,and made the effort to maintain stable growth,promote reform,make structural adjust-ment,improve people＇s well- being,and guard against risks in a coordinated way. As a result,Guangxi＇s GDPachieved a growth rate of over 8%,which was expected at the year beginning. Investment prompted economic growthremarkably. Import and export bucked the weak economy and increased substantially. Consumption grew steadily. Thestep of industrial restructure adjustment speeder up. The coordinated development between regions was prompted fur-ther. Financial sector in Guangxi thoroughly implemented prudent monetary policy,accelerated reform,and servedthe real economy actively. Financial ecological environment having an initial effect,such as financial markets growingin the aggregate,the proportion of direct financing record a marginal increase,the border financial comprehensive re-form pilot area have been completed and worked wonder,inclusive finance work to be smoothly carried out. In accor-dance with the＂five in one＂overall arrangement as well as the＂four comprehensive＂develop strategy in 2016,Guangxi is working hard to adapt to the new normal of economic growth,remaining committed to the principle of inno-vation,coordination,green,open and shared development concept. Guangxi will pay more attention to the supply-side reform,looking for steady economic growth. In order to improve the financing environment for the economic trans-formation and upgrading,financial sector will continue to implement a sound monetary policy,deepen the financial re-form and innovation,maintain regional financial stability,reviving financial services and management and extendingregional financial cooperation.
