氨茶碱与硫酸镁治疗小儿毛细支气管炎效果对比 被引量:2

摘要 目的对毛细支气管炎患儿行硫酸镁治疗、氨茶碱治疗的效果进行比对。方法研究以方便选取70例于2013年1月—2014年12月因患毛细支气管炎进入该院治疗的患儿作研究对象,随机分组:治疗组内35例选择硫酸镁治疗;对照组内35例则选择氨茶碱治疗,观察两组患者住院时长、啰音改善时长以及疗效等。结果对照组35例有效率80.00%,治疗组35例为97.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在针对毛细支气管炎患儿治疗上,硫酸镁比氨茶碱效果更优而不良反应少,是一种安全有效的药物,更适宜应用于临床。 Objective The role of magnesium sulfate capillary bronchitis, aminophylline, compares the effect of treatment.Methods Convenient selection for 70 cases in January 2013 to December 2014 due to capillary bronchitis into the hospital treatment of children as object, random grouping: 35 cases in treatment group choose magnesium sulfate treatment; In the control group 35 cases chose aminophylline treatment, observe two groups of patients' hospitalization duration, then improve the length and curative effect. Results Control group 35 cases effectiveness 80.00%, treatment group 35 cases was 97.14%(P〈0.05),the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion For capillary bronchitis in children with treatment, magnesium sulfate than aminophylline better effect and less adverse reaction, is a kind of safe and effective drugs, more suitable for clinical application.
