The ultimate goal of training is to improve its effectiveness, which lies in pre-training survey and demand analysis. The training class of Xinjiang Headmasters requires paying attention to cultural differences, strict management and considerate service to guarantee smooth training, stimulate the headmasters to participate in training process, change their behavior and mind to obtain actual effect.
