摘要
教师的校本研究是立足于教育教学的实际情况开展的,目的是解决实践中的困惑和问题。教师校本研究培训直接为教师的专业成长服务。文章主要描述教师培训过程中,以教师成长记录袋的形式关注教师培训过程中的学习成果的积累,帮助教师在培训起点上树立目标,在培训过程中澄清学习任务和学习成果,使用多样化策略提升教师校本研究培训的效果。
Teachers' school-based research is according to the practical situation of education and teaching. Its purpose is to solve the problems in practice, a direct service for teachers' professional development. This article describes the strategies of teachers' training, paying special attention to the training process by using portfolio. The process aims to help teachers establish targets from the beginning,clarify learning tasks and achievements, improve school-based research training effect.
