摘要
本文基于自由射流理论,介绍了在气候人工模拟室试验设备表面形成均匀风的实现方法,通过吹风、吹-吸风和吸风3种方式的仿真计算以及冰风洞缩比试验,建成了一种带低能耗冰风洞气候人工模拟室并实测了试验区风速大小及均匀性,实现了试验区风速在0-10m/s可以自由调节,风速稳定,试验区各点差异小,能耗低,对气候人工模拟室内低温环境无影响,满足输变电设备表面覆冰试验对风的要求,为研究风对输变电设备表面覆冰的影响及覆冰增长规律提供了技术支持平台.
In this paper, a uniform wind speed formation method of test equipment surface in artificial climate chamber is introduced based on free jet theory. An artificial climate chamber with low energy consumption icing wind tunnel is established by scaling test in the icing wind tunnel and wind speed simulation and calculation in three ways of blowing wind, blowing-absorbing wind and absorbing wind, an artificial climate chamber with low energy consumption icing wind tunnel is established, and then values and uniformities of wind speed in the test area are measured. The results show that the wind speed can adjust freely in 0 -10 m/s, in different test points are stable and have smaller differences. Also, the icing wind tunnel has characteristics of low energy consumption and has no influence on the low-temperature environment of artificial climate chamber. In summary, the uniform wind speed formation method satisfies the requirement for wind speed in surface icing experiments of power transmission equipment, and the icing wind tunnel provides a technical support platform for researching influences of wind speed on surface icing of power transmission equipment and ice accretion rules.
