摘要
针对理论线损计算结果失真、统计线损与理论线损欠衔接、降损决策不科学等问题,提出线损精益化管理系统的实现方案。叙述了系统的设计原则、系统构架和主要模块及功能,重点对数据构架、数据流等内容进行了阐述。该系统目前已成功应用于湖南公司线损管理的全流程,为湖南公司降损增效、提高经营管理水平提供有力技术保障。
In view of the untrue of theoretical line loss calculation result , the owe cohesion between the statistical line loss and the theoretical line loss and the unscientific loss reduction decision-making problem, a scheme for development and application of theoretical calculation and analysis system for real-time line losses of power grid is put forward. The system design principle, the system architecture and the main functions of software are discussed. And also, the data structure and data flow are expounded in detail. The system has been successfully applied in the whole process of loss management in State Grid Hunan Electric Power Corporation which improves the level of loss management and provides strong technical support for the loss reduction efficiency.
