摘要
从湖南电网的实际运行情况出发,结合湖南电网电源、负荷结构和调峰手段等因素,对在丰水期和春节两个极端调峰困难的时间段,研究了风电并网对湖南电网调峰的影响,为湖南电网的风电规划和建设提供参考作用。
This article studies on the influence of wind power grid connection to the Hunan power grid peak regulation during high water season and Spring Festival period , from the actual situation of Hunan power grid , comprehensively considering the power source structure , load structure and peak shaving means . It provides reference for Hunan power grid wind power planningand construction .
