摘要
以偏高岭土为主要原料,水玻璃为碱激发剂,双氧水为发泡剂,通过聚合反应制备外墙保温材料。本次试验以水玻璃与偏高岭土重量比、发泡剂用量和养护温度为三个主要因素设计正交试验确定保温材料的最优制备条件。试验中以体积密度、抗压强度和导热系数三个指标来表征材料的性能,最终确定制备材料的最佳水玻璃与偏高岭土的重量比为1.2,双氧水用量为3%,养护温度为50℃。在此条件下所得外墙保温材料的体积密度为296kg/m^3,导热系数为0.091 W/(m·℃),抗压强度为0.92 MPa,性能指标可满足建筑外墙保温的要求。
Preparation of exterior thermal insulation materials using metakaolin as raw material,water glass as alkali activator and H_2O_2 as foaming agent through geopolymerization reaction. In this experiment,selecting the mass ratio of water glass and metakaolin,foaming agent dosage and curing temperature as principal factors to design orthogonal test in order to determine the optimum preparation condition. Using bulk density,compressive strength and thermal conductivity to represent materials performance,and the optimum mass ratio of water glass and metakaolin,foaming agent dosage and curing temperature were 1. 2,3% and 50 ℃. The final product prepared under this condition had bulk density of 296 kg/m^3,thermal conductivity of 0. 091 W/(m·℃) and compressive strength of 0. 92 MPa,which met the requirements of building external wall thermal insulation.
