电针与干细胞移植治疗脊髓损伤的研究进展

摘要 电针与干细胞移植联合修复脊髓损伤(SCI)是一种极具前景的治疗方法。从单一电针或干细胞移植发展到干细胞联合多种干预因素作用,以此促进受损神经功能的修复。本文就当前脊髓损伤病理表现及生物学标记、电针与干细胞移植及其联合治疗加以综述,并对SCI的治疗前景与存在问题进行展望。 Electro-acupuncture and stem cell transplantation was a promising treatment methods for repair of spinal cord injury( SCI). From a single electro-acupuncture developed into stem cells or stem cell transplantation combined with multiple intervention factors,it promoted the repair of injuried nerve function. The current research progress of pathological and biological markers,its treatment of electro-acupuncture combined with stem cell transplantation and others was reviewed. Prospects and problems of SCI treatment was prospected.
