入放料时筒仓仓壁压力分析及贮料分布模型研究

摘要 在煤炭生产过程中,通常会将2种以上的贮料先后装到同一个筒仓中,需要研究仓壁受力和煤炭颗粒在筒仓中的分布、堆积等问题。对仅有1个入料口和1个出料口的理想筒仓,考虑结拱效应,推导出仓内各点的动态压力分布计算公式。对多刮板多出料口筒仓,考虑偏心动力拱,筒仓壁同时受到径向力作用和轴向力作用,推导出沿仓壁环形分布的压力计算公式。引入0-1变量对入放料过程进行实时模拟,建立线性规划模型得到仓下混配最优方案,为实现高效准确的贮料入仓和混配装车提供参考。 In the coal production process,two or more products are usually loaded into a silo,the silo wall pressure need to be studied,accumulation and distribution of coal particles in the silo also need to be discussed. For ideal silos,i. e.,only a feeding port and a discharge port,the calculation formula of cabin pressure at each point was deduced and soil arching effect was considered. For more discharge ports,both radial force and axial force of silo wall were produced and the eccentric power arch was considered. The calculation formula of cabin pressure along the wall ring was deduced. Linear programming model was established and the optimal solution of mixed silo was obtained in order to get effective product warehousing and mixed loading.
