摘要
研究了黑泥粉含量对产品黏度及颜色的影响、甘油对泥粉分散程度及产品细腻度的影响、增稠剂SF-1含量对产品黏度及推开难易程度的影响、不同甜菜碱对产品黏度与泡沫的影响,将配方产品与同类产品进行对比评估,确定了运城盐池黑泥控油祛痘洁面乳的配方,并对工艺流程进行了改进。实验结果表明,配方中加入黑泥粉的最佳比例为4%;加入与黑泥粉同等比例的甘油,可有效分散泥粉;增稠剂SF-1质量分数为5%;甜菜碱CAB比BS-12效果更佳;与同类产品比较,此配方产品更温和、无刺激,祛痘效果明显,且见效快。
The influence of black mud powder quantity on product viscosity and color,glycerolon mud powder dispersion degree and tenderness,thickening agent SF-1 content on viscosity and pushing degree,different betaines on viscosity and foam were studied.Meanwhile,formulation product had been compared with similar product.Finally the formulation was identified and the technological process was improved.The experimental results showed that the best proportion of black mud powder was 4 %,glycerol with the same amount of black mud powder could disperse mud powder effectively,mass fraction of a thickener SF-1 was 5 %,the effect of betaine CAB was better than BS-12 and formulation product brought better and faster acne removing result and was milder than similar product.
