摘要
采用高温固相法合成了 L a Nb O4 及掺杂 Tb的 (L a,Tb) Nb O4 多晶粉末 ,对两种粉末进行了 X射线粉末衍射定性鉴定 ,测试了激发和发射光谱 。
Lanthanum orthoniobate(LaNbO 4) and dopped Tb lanthanum orthoniobate(La,Tb)NbO 4 were prepared by solid phase synthesis method using Nb 2O 5 and La 2O 3 as the raw materials Both the two powders can obtain particle size about d 50 2~3μm Powder characteristics of LaNbO 4 and (La,Tb)NbO 4 were studied by X-ray diffraction,and the luminsecence properties were tested It was shown that the luminescence intensity of (La,Tb)NbO 4 is more strong than LaNbO 4 and there is some difference on quality of colour
