摘要
高职院校对于学生的培养不仅要注重职业知识与技能,更要重视学生职业基本素养的养成。本文科学的界定了职业基本素养的内涵与特征,提出高职院校对学生职业基本素养养成的有效培养路径和方法,最后落脚于职业基本素养的价值体现,有效提升高职学生的职业基本素养,实现价值超越。
To cultivate the students, higher vocational colleges should focus on the vocational knowledge and skills, and also attach importance to their vocational basic literacy. This paper defines the connotation and features of vocational basic literacy in a scientific way, gives the effective paths and methods to develop the vocational basic literacy of students, and finally sets foot on the value reflection of vocational basic literacy, so as to effectively improve the vocational basic literacy of higher vocational college students and realize their value transcending.
