摘要
富氧曝气系统已在国内石化、造纸污水处理工艺中得到应用。针对印染废水水温高、水质变化大、活性污泥易膨胀的特点,对富氧曝气应用于某染整企业废水改造项目进行了研究,着重介绍富氧曝气系统在氧传递效率高、生化出水稳定,降低VOCs排放等方面的特点。
Oxygen-enriched aeration process had been applied in the wastewater treatment process of petrochemical and paperpulp industry. Due to the high water temperature, fluctuation of water quality and quantity, as well as sludge bulking problem of dyeing wastewater, this paper introduced the application of enriched-oxygen aeration process and preliminary test results in a optimized retrofit project of a printing and dyeing wastewater treatment plant. The characteristics of higher oxygen transportation rate, more stable effluent quality as well as low discharge of VOCs of oxygen-enriched aeration process were systematically studied.
